Elite Diamond Baseball lessons are designed for the age and position(s) of our young athletes. We have systematically put together multiple programs to satisfy all of baseball's necessities. Split the 1-hour lesson up with baseball and strength and conditioning whenever you want! Whether we focus more on one than the other is completely up to you.

Our pitching program is the best way to maximize performance before and throughout the season. We teach how to produce maximum velocity, as well as consistency of all pitches. Consistency is the most important aspect of becoming a successful pitcher. Our endless list of drills, injury prevention routines, and mental strengthening exercises will help put our athletes on the right path to becoming a smart and dominant pitcher. Each pitcher will work exclusively with former Major League Pitcher Brian Slocum. Pitchers will receive an Elite Diamond Baseball training booklet which includes: flexibility, core, shoulder, elbow, and wrist programs, as well as conditioning routines.
Hitting Package: 60 minute hitting sessions
This hitting program is a great way to help maximize performance and learn how to avoid the slumps. Whether it's how to recognize pitches, execute a proper explosive swing, or develop a routine from the on-deck circle to the batter's box, our hitting instruction attacks them all. Hitters will work exclusively with former Professional Outfielder Darren Ciraco, and will receive an Elite Diamond Baseball training booklet which includes: flexibility, core, shoulder, elbow, and wrist programs, as well as conditioning routines.
